LJ: Favorite part about cutting hair at LJ?

Every client that sits in your chair will ask for a different style and cut. I love having the ability to be creative and make men look and feel their best!

LJ: Favorite sports team and why?

The Detroit tigers! It is a great summer time feeling to be at Comerica Park watching the Tigers play on a hot sunny day.

LJ: What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy vacationing with my daughter Maya, we are a big Disney family and that is always our go to vacation spot! I also love doing any projects where I can be creative. Anything from DIY home projects to painting, crafting, anything artistic!

LJ: Clippers or scissors?

Clippers are my go to tool!

LJ: What’s your favorite LJ product to use?

The American Crew matte clay is the best! I have not found a hair type and texture it does not work on.

LJ: What is your motto to live by?

My motto to live by is from Mr. Walt Disney: "all our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue.

LJ: What made you want to be a cosmetologist?

It was all because of my grandmother! I grew up watching her always doing her hair and make up and going to the salon. One day she let me experiment cutting her hair and she never went back to the salon after that; I was her new stylist!
