Congratulations to our Stylist of the Month for February Anna, Anna is a Stylist at our Kenosha, WI salon. We wanted to ask her a few questions about her and her time at Lady Jane’s!

LJ: Favorite part about cutting hair at LJ?

We have the freedom to be creative and utilize everyday and any tool we’ve ever learned over time. Nobody looks over my shoulder and says “you have to do it this way!”

LJ: Favorite sports team and why?

Milwaukee bucks!!! Because I was born and raised in MKE! Plus …Giannis! DUH!

LJ: What type of music do you listen to?

I’m a Rocker FOREVER!!! But my coworkers know I listen and love all music! The stores bumpin with everything!

LJ: What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?

In my free time I love snuggles with my Chihuahua Honey <3 going to concerts with my friends and family. And I adore shopping with my 16 yr old daughter !!

LJ: Clippers or scissors?

Oh! I love clippers 100%

LJ: What’s your favorite LJ product to use?

Matte Clay by American Crew, hands down!

LJ: 10-second pitch on why LJ is the only place for a guy to get a haircut...

Where else can a guy get a precision haircut by a gorgeous girl, who also knows how to barber, can hold a great conversation and will treat him like a king?!

LJ: What is your motto to live by?

If you can’t stop thinking about it…don’t stop working for it!!!

LJ: What made you want to be a barber ?

Doing hair has always been fun for me since I was a little girl. After starting my cosmetology career My enthusiasm towards coloring/cutting/styling women’s hair was slowly fading, and the real fun for me was clipper, cutting and grooming, facial hair. I find it nice working with men. My guys are very cool and laid-back and it makes my work days feel so relaxed and fun. I can’t imagine my life without barbering!
