Congratulations to our Stylist of the Month for July, Chanelle Riojas! Chanelle is a stylist at our Wixom, MI salon. We wanted to ask her a few questions about her and her time at Lady Jane’s!

LJ: Favorite part about cutting hair at LJ?

They provide a work space with so many services and motivation to make a great life for you and your family!

LJ: Favorite sports team and why?

Seattle Seahawks is my favorite, for 2 reasons: I came across a little boy at LJ brighton and I just had nothing to connect with him on! He wouldn’t talk to me much. I brought up my boyfriends team and asked what was his favorite was. WELL, it was the same as my boyfriends, the Seahawks! He’s been my clients for over 4 years and we have connected ever since

LJ: What type of music do you listen to?

Anything I can vibe or dance to , or connect with.

LJ: What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?

Love hanging with my family, going to Kalahari, and barbecuing

LJ: Clippers or scissors?

Both! I’m confident in both.

LJ: What’s your favorite LJ product to use?

Bedhead Matte Separation!

Always try to make someone feel good!

LJ: What made you want to be a cosmetologist?

I grew up at a hair salon, my whole life. My mom is a barber and a stylist. I learned what to make out of this business from her!
