Congratulations to our Stylist of the Month for October, Alexis Tafoya! Alexis is a stylist at our Chandler, AZ salon. We wanted to ask her a few questions about her and her time at Lady Jane’s.

LJ: Favorite part about cutting hair at LJ?

My favorite part about working with LJ is my managers and work environment! I am happy to have a healthy and happy work environment! I am treated with respect, and I couldn't ask for a better career!

LJ: Favorite sports team and why?

I am not really into sports unless I am playing, but if I had to choose soccer.

LJ: What type of music do you listen to?

My music is all over the place but definitely some doo-wop type music or reggae.

LJ: What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?

I love to be in the outdoors with my family. We love to fish, paddle board, swim, and do anything that involves being outside.

LJ: Clippers or scissors?

I'm a feather razor kind of gal!

LJ: What’s your favorite LJ product to use?

My favorite LJ product would definitely have to be the Bedhead Matte Manipulator.

LJ: 10-second pitch on why LJ is the only place for a guy to get a Haircut…

Here at LJ we are happy to give you the cut and relaxation you WANT and that you DESERVE!! Watching whatever you want on our TVs is just a cherry on top of the manly spa day!

LJ: What is your motto to live by?

Man I have a few, but I think the main one I say daily is "Take it or leave it!"

LJ: What made you want to be a cosmetologist?

My mother. I wouldn't be here doing what I love and what I am good at if it wasn't for her! Thank you, Momma! Love you!
