Victoria Franz, COO of Lady Jane’s, chatted with Tessa to spotlight the hardworking stylist who represents Lady Jane’s as the 2025 MVP:
VF: Why do you think you were selected as the LJ MVP for 2025?
Tessa: I think I was selected for LJ MVP because I am a super hard worker and am a good example of how you can make the most out of your career here!
VF: When did you start working with Lady Jane's?
Tessa: Spring of 2018.
VF: What interested you in being part of the LJ team?
Tessa: I had a few friends who worked for the company when I applied so I was able to hear great things! I loved the idea of flexible schedules and a busy walk-in clientele.
VF: Other than your career, what are you passionate about?
Tessa: I am very passionate about sports, whether it’s watching football or playing disc golf.
VF: What’s your motto/advice you live by?
Tessa: Life’s what you make it.
VF: What has been your most memorable moment with LJ?
Tessa: Every year at our managers meeting we give out a Wicked Awesome Wish! It’s always super emotional and very uplifting.
