Wicked Awesome Wishes was honored to join A Kid Again families in Denver on September 20th for a magical day at the Downtown Aquarium. Families raising children with life-threatening conditions explored 107,000 square feet of biodiversity and discovered more than 15,000 fish, mammals, and plants. From walking through the shark tunnel to seeing ocean life up close, the day was filled with awe and laughter. It was a beautiful reminder of the joy that comes from sharing new adventures together

Aaron is a sweet and wild 8.5 year old who also has a rare terminal disease called Hurler Syndrome, or MPS1. He has had numerous surgeries including a recent hip surgery this summer.  His mom, Angela, is a single mom and works in the automotive industry, which has been slow and has drastically impacted her income.
